These terms govern your use of the website and services provided by nsi.lens ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have the authority to bind the organization you represent, when placing an order.

3. Services

nsi.lens provides photography, videography, and graphic design services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are agreed with each client on a per-project basis.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site or our services. Prohibited uses include: unlawful activity, fraud or spam, infringement of intellectual property, transmitting malware, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, scraping content, or interfering with the security or availability of the service.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the software, branding, photography samples, and design elements — is owned by nsi.lens or its licensors and protected by copyright and other IP laws. You receive no rights other than those expressly granted in writing for a specific project.

6. Service level

We use reasonable efforts to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The site is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or services for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless required otherwise by mandatory local law.
